PowerSpeaking Management Team

PowerSpeaking, Inc. is owned and operated by Rick Gilbert and Mary McGlynn. The company was founded in 1985, and moved into our current location in Redwood Shores in 1996. The management team was formed in 2006. In addition to Rick and Mary, the PMT consists of four people: Moira Kavanaugh, VP, Sales, Melissa Schwartz, VP, Training, David Azevedo, VP, Operations, and Mitch Slomiak, virtual CFO.
