Brent Bloom

Brent Bloom serves as a lead trainer and coach for HighTechSpeaking® and PowerSpeaking®. He leverages his electrical engineering background in conjunction with his Business Management and MBA Degrees to support a wide range of learning and development solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the high tech sector, Brent has broadened his expertise through his work in manufacturing, technical support, engineering, field service and applications operations, marketing, sales, human resources, and learning & development. He coaches engineers and company leaders on communication strategies/approaches for peer to peer engagements as well as those critical upper management communication opportunities (Speaking Up^®).

Brent is certified in several business tools and processes including Essential Facilitation (Interaction Associates); High Performing Teams (Blanchard); Instructional Design (Mager); Change Management (ProSci); Organizational Development (Linkage); among others. He also serves on the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) 2006 Board as a VP of Programs.
