Ford Hatamiya

Ford's roles with PowerSpeaking, Inc. draws on his 22 years of crafting presentations, delivering training, and facilitating high-stakes meetings. He is certified to lead and coach all of our programs: PowerSpeaking®, HighTechSpeaking®, Speaking Up®, FastTrackSpeaking®, and SalesSpeaking®, and he also acts as one of our executive coaches.

In addition to his work with PowerSpeaking, Inc., Ford designs and delivers training for Fortune 500 managers and executives in the areas of leadership, facilitation, coaching, strategic thinking, and diversity. He conducts work extensively across the United States, AsiaPac, and Europe. Additionally, he developed training programs for the US Department of Health and Human Services, and has consulted with the US Postal Service, US Census Bureau, and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Ford holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in African American Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. He also received a master's degree in Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley and was a University Pre-doctoral Humanities Fellow.
