Reci Schmellick

Reci has more than 17 years of experience in the field of human performance, and has developed and implemented human resource training programs for companies around the world. In addition to her work with PowerSpeaking, Inc. her consulting practice includes personal business coaching, management, sales and service training, as well as coaching public speaking.

Reci obtained her B.A. in Communications with a minor focus in Psychology and Sociology. She has also pursued graduate classes in Business and Education. She is a certified Master Trainer for Development Dimensions International in both selection and learning systems and is a certified trainer for Learning International, CCS, and Saturn consulting programs.

Prior to starting her practice in consulting Reci held sales and sales management positions in a variety of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and franchising. She has a passion for helping others feel more capable and empowered through increasing their skills.
