About Executive Coaching

Your effectiveness as a leader often depends on your powers of persuasion and ability to communicate clearly and passionately.

Because we understand the unique needs of business executives when it comes to communication skills, our Executive Coaching sessions are fast-paced and intense. We make good use of time. We meet you where you are.

The substance and format of the coaching is driven by what you need. Maybe you want help with the structure and content of your presentation. Perhaps you want direct, helpful coaching on your delivery and visual aids. The coaching can be as general as simply improving your style, or as particular as preparing for large-group audiences at a new product road show or industry convention. We help you develop clearer messages, personal reflections, metaphors, and stories. We often rearrange or delete PowerPoint slides to improve your visual aids.

After our coaching sessions, we follow up with extensive speaker notes and analyses, and props or visual aids. On occasion we will go on-site and videotape a large-group meeting presentation.

Our goal in the Executive Coaching sessions is to help you get results in a minimum amount of time. Sometimes we work for just two or three sessions; sometimes our work can go on for a year or more. It's up to you.
