Our one-day Speaking to the Big Dogs® workshop emphasizes strategy, not presentation skills.

The focus is on how to prepare for a briefing to senior level executives. The program also stresses the skills needed to manage the rough and tumble of a senior meeting where you are the guest and do not control the agenda. The strategies are derived from what the senior executives told us who were interviewed on the DVD.

FastTrackSpeaking® is a video-based, two-day program that gives you invaluable insights, skills, and practice in the art and science of speaking to junior employees, colleagues, and the “Big Dogs” in the boardroom.
