Ralf Wolter

Ralf Wolter brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry to his role as a PowerSpeaking®, HighTechSpeaking®, and Speaking Up: Presenting to Executives® coach with PowerSpeaking, Inc. He holds a MSc degree in in Computer Science and has lead high-profile teams in consulting engineering and technology innovation in large and global corporations.

Ralf has worked with and presented in multiple countries and cultures, including Europe, the USA, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. He has extended his leadership and management skills by providing coaching for high-potential individuals and is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ralf brings a wealth of public speaking experience: large and small groups, detailed technology sessions and executive briefings, in-person meetings and webinars. His specialty is combining coaching, consulting, leadership, and passion for technology into a unique blend for development.

His mantra is a Chinese proverb: "Tell me and I'll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I'll understand!” Ralf lives in Germany and is one of PowerSpeaking, Inc's "road warriors".
