Ford's role as a PowerSpeaking® lead
draws on his 20 years of crafting presentation, delivering training, and
facilitating high-stakes meetings.
In addition to his work with PowerSpeaking Inc.,
Ford designs and delivers training for Fortune 500 managers and
executives in the areas of leadership, facilitation, coaching,
strategic thinking, and diversity. He conducts work extensively
across the United States, AsiaPac, and Europe. He also developed
training programs for the US Department of Health and Human
Services, and has consulted with the US Postal Service, US
Census Bureau, and the US Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention.
Ford holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in
African American Studies from the University of California at
Berkeley, and was inducted into the academic honor society Phi
Beta Kappa. He also holds a master's degree in Ethnic Studies
from UC Berkeley and was a University Pre-doctoral Humanities
Fellow.
