Heidi Hamilton

 

 

 

 

 

Heidi Hamilton has helped corporations and organizations achieve superior business results by building engaged, high performing work forces.  Heidi is a member of the professional consulting staff with Development Dimensions International (DDI) and is also a certified Master Facilitator for The Forum Corporation. 

Prior to joining the PowerSpeaking team, Heidi was a trainer/instructional designer for Delta Air Lines where her training experience included developing and facilitating workshops in customer service, presentation skills, dealing effectively with the press, and business etiquette. 

Heidi’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree from Central Michigan University.  She is a member of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).
