Woodrow serves as a lead trainer and coach for all of our

and FastTrackSpeaking®.
Prior to
joining the PowerSpeaking team, Martin was Director of
Executive & Leadership Development at KLA-Tencor, where he
was responsible for all leadership development, mentoring,
coaching and talent programs.
Martin's
business background includes consulting and executive
coaching with nearly two decades of experience in helping
individuals achieve their personal, professional, and
corporate objectives. Martin is
President of Martin Consulting Solutions, a Silicon-Valley based
coaching and consulting group committed to helping individuals
and teams optimize their highest potential.
As an
executive coach, Martin specializes in the focal development
of personal vision and individual excellence, performance
enhancement, career and mid-life transitions, and the
accelerated evolution of executive, relational and
managerial competencies. As a corporate
consultant, Martin is often called in to facilitate
executive team building, inter-departmental and
cross-functional crisis resolution, strategic planning, and
leadership/succession management.
In
addition, Martin has also provided consulting and coaching
in frontline manufacturing methodologies and structured
on-the-job training in a variety of hi-tech manufacturing
environments for engineers, materials, and support services.
A native
Californian, Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in religion
from
Multnomah
College, a Master’s degree in
Education from Western Seminary, and a Master’s degree in
Organizational Management from the
University of
Phoenix. He is
also a professional member of the American
Society of Training and Development and the International
Coaching Federation.
