  • An Effective, Intensive Coaching Model – We purposely utilize a two-trainer, private coaching model. Why? Intense feedback happens privately, not in front of peers. This model provides faster and longer-lasting behavioral change.
  • Highly Interactive, Video-Based Sessions – Multiple videotaping sessions for each person and several private coaching sessions provide maximum feedback and ensure behavioral change.
  • Behavior-based Learning – We base our trainings on a learning theory called behavioral modeling. To teach a new skill, we follow a proven process: 1) Introduce the topic and explain its importance.
 2) Discuss any theory and research that is relevant.
 3) Demo the skill. 
4) Practice the skill. 5) Give feedback on the practice.
6) Repeat the practice to correct any mistakes.

HighTechSpeaking® is a research-based program (one of the first of its kind in our industry) focusing on the special needs of engineers, scientists, and other technical presenters. Our experiential process generates analysis, new insights and tools for presenting (or interpreting) technical information. 


Speaking Up® (formerly Speaking to the Big Dogs®) sheds light on the mysteries of speaking to decision makers.  Any time you present up in the organization, the stakes increase. You discover how to deal with the energetic discussions, flagrant politics, and inevitable distractions. Our video interviews of 21 C-level executives and their real Board Room presentations anchor the learning.  This interactive workshop is all about strategy and thinking on your feet.
