Our one-day Speaking Up^® (formerly Speaking to the Big Dogs^®) workshop emphasizes strategy, not presentation skills.

The focus is on how to prepare for a briefing to senior level executives. The program also stresses the skills needed to manage the rough and tumble of a senior meeting where you are the guest and do not control the agenda. The strategies are derived from what the senior executives told us on our award-winning Speaking to the Big Dogs^® DVD.

The Speaking Up^® program is for people who are already excellent presenters but need the strategies of presenting to decision makers. 

FastTrackSpeaking® is a video-based, two-day program that gives you invaluable insights, skills, and practice in the art and science of speaking to junior employees, colleagues, and the Executives in the board room. FastTrackSpeaking^® is a hybrid course. You get the best of advanced PowerSpeaking^® OR HighTechSpeaking^® (dependent upon the participants’ backgrounds) AND Speaking Up^® programs. Like our other courses, it is a lively, highly interactive, life-changing program.
