Fresh from management positions at Hewlett Packard and Amdahl corporations, Rick founded PowerSpeaking, Inc. in 1985. In addition to training, he does executive coaching and keynote speaking. Along with other PSI management team members, and our trainers, he has been instrumental in the development of all of our programs. His doctorate is in humanistic psychology.
