David Binder’s 30+ years of experience in corporate organizational development, leadership assessment and development, and training give him an edge we appreciate: a lot of savvy in discovering and addressing the speaking needs across the organization.

David’s experience includes:

  • Consulting in high-tech, biotech and other industries for change management, performance management, facilitation skills, knowledge management, communication skills and executive coaching.
  • Providing leadership assessment and development services to help identify talent for leadership positions.
  • Conducting leadership training workshops in emotional and social competency, leadership excellence, productivity improvement, maximizing value contribution, and public speaking.
  • Appearing as the keynote speaker for conferences held by Women in Technology International (Pittsburgh Chapter), the National Office of Personnel Management, and the Indiana Chapter of the Institute for Electric and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

David teaches at the Katz School’s Executive MBA program.
