Jess is an experienced and passionate communication and improv facilitator specializing in enhancing all types of conversations; from team collaboration to group presentations, one-to-one discussions, and everything in between. She helps people find their best, most authentic personal style to craft and deliver stories and messages in a compelling way. Jess combines her deep expertise in high-impact communication with her understanding of stagecraft to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for all levels of a business.

Jess's experience includes: 

• Designing and delivering training programs for professionals at all levels, focusing on communication impact, personal presence, presenting, and storytelling.
• Creating engaging and inclusive group training sessions that combine tools from the world of business and improv to help people have better conversations.
• Coaching individuals one-on-one, using insightful questioning and improvisational flexibility to support their personal and professional development. 
• Blending her background in acting, improv, and coaching to create interactive learning experiences that are both fun and practical.
