Mary Morris is an exciting and motivating facilitator and coach in the field of human resource performance development.  Driven to making a difference in the way businesses value their human capital, Mary understands the importance of innovative, results-orientated services in today’s challenging business environment.

• Providing clients with consulting services that span the entire spectrum of design and support of training systems, curriculum design, course development and delivery, training assessment and evaluation and instructional technology.  Her key focus areas include: performance development, leadership development, employee engagement, coaching and emotional intelligence.
• Facilitating practices that enable individuals and organizations to deepen their learning, strengthen relationships and appreciate diverse perspectives. 
• Helping management to engage and empower employees to adopt new behaviors and implement change, in order to advance business goals.
