Payal’s experience includes:

• Coaching and facilitating for a range of industries including:
  CRM technologies, renewable energy, biotech, e-commerce, media advertising, data science, consulting, hospitality, aviation, broadcast television, medical and healthcare, telecom, engineering, financial, food and agri-solutions, and law
• Serving as a full-time Learning & Development professional at Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd, India
• Developing presenters and speakers to design and deliver impactful business presentations and talks to diverse cultural audiences
• Interviewing 21 senior industry leaders in a YouTube series called “Guiding lights,” highlighting personal and professional leadership stories
• Staging a TEDx talk on “What’s soft about soft skills?” advocating for soft skills as a non-negotiable skill set to step up and influence as a leader.
• Working with voice skills and American, British, and neutral accents
• Performing theatre artist
• Mentoring women at Cherie Blair Foundation, leading global mentoring walks, and delivering women leadership masterclasses.

Payal is a post-graduate in Personnel Management and Human Resources from Symbiosis, India. 

She is certified for Women on Board by Aspire for Her and The US Consulate collaboration and holds 15 L&D and wellness certifications including Diversity Professional (National Human Resource Development Network and Avtar); Mental Wellness Ambassador; NLP Master Trainer by Sue Knight Books & Talks (France).

She is based in Gurgaon, India.
