Her facilitation and coaching experience spans 22+ years, adding value to 55+ clients with diverse audiences across APAC, the US, Australasia, and Europe. 

Payal’s experience includes:

  • Coaching and facilitating for a range of industries including:

    CRM technologies, renewable energy, biotech, e-commerce, media advertising, data science, consulting, hospitality, aviation, broadcast television, medical and healthcare, telecom, engineering, financial, food and agri-solutions, and law.

    Her last full-time engagement was with corporate L&D in Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd, India.
  • Specializing in enabling participants to design and deliver impactful business presentations to diverse cultural audiences.
  • Working with voice skills in American, British, and neutral accents.
  • Consulting as a third party for various firms and supporting internal committees in prevention, prohibition, and redressal of sexual harassment in the workplace, plus diversity and inclusion management.
  • Engaging in women-related causes via mentoring at Cherie Blair Foundation for women entrepreneurs; global mentoring walks, and women leadership interventions.
  • Publishing in the Huffington Post; Rapport, an ANLP International publication; and other blogs. 
  • Speaking on the TEDx stage with “What’s soft about soft skills?”

    Payal is a post-graduate in personnel management and human resources and holds a degree in industrial relations from Symbiosis, India. She is certified as a Development Dimensions International facilitator; Diversity Professional (NHRDN and Avtar); NLP Master Trainer by Sue Knight Books & Talks (France); and is a theater artist. She is based in Gurgaon, India.
