RALF WOLTER

Ralf Wolter is our resident “technology futurist.”  He enjoys combining visionary thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to using technology to shape the future of coaching and training.

Ralf’s experience includes:

• Presenting, as a keynote speaker, on the topics of leadership, innovation, the future of technology, and the future of coaching within the business environment
• Building and leading technical teams, including virtual work groups, in large global IT corporations for more than 25 years
• Developing the next generation of leaders through high-performance career coaching and training. He developed and co-led the talent management program for Distinguished Engineers at Cisco Europe.
• Consulting with industry and nonprofit organizations to develop and establish high-potential and high-performance initiatives and talent-management programs

Ralf’s passion for “bringing people forward” is contagious. Of his work in coaching leaders, he says, “There is no shortcut to any place worth going. There is, however, a fast lane to success.
