Ralf’s experience includes:
Presenting, as a keynote speaker, on the topics of leadership, innovation, the future of technology, and the future of coaching within the business environment
Building and leading technical teams, including virtual work groups, in large global IT corporations for more than 25 years
Developing the next generation of leaders through high-performance career coaching and training. He developed and co-led the talent management program for Distinguished Engineers at Cisco Europe.
Consulting with industry and nonprofit organizations to develop and establish high-potential and high-performance initiatives and talent-management programs
