Stephanie Moore created and facilitates our Achieving Virtual Meeting Success online training program and brings her 15+ years of leadership development and presentation skills training to the PowerSpeaking community.

Stephanie’s experience includes:

• Providing leadership development, strengths-based development and coaching, executive communication coaching, mentoring, meeting effectiveness, and presentation skills training to such companies as NetApp, SalesForce, Genentech, Oracle, and Stanford University. 
• Designing and implementing workforce initiatives that address retention, attraction, and employee development for Fortune 500 companies.
• Facilitating a seven-week leadership development program for three large healthcare organizations over the course of three years.  
• Holding management and executive positions in the public and private sectors for more than 20 years, including vice president with Drake Beam Morin, a leading organizational transition consulting firm.

Stephanie has certifications/training in a number of assessment tools, including Clifton StrengthsFinder, MBTI, Career Architect, and Values-Driven Work.
